Here we are at 3849 Pacific Avenue in Long Beach, CA. We’re right down the street from the Virginia Country Club.
This new REO is not on the market yet, but when it hits, it will go fast. The home is located close to Bixby Knolls and downtown Long Beach.
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with hardwood flooring, a skylight, two fireplaces and a large backyard with a covered patio. There’s still some clean up to do, but it’s pretty much move-in ready. The house is divided into two halves because of an addition. Besides the one room that has no windows and little lighting, the home is spacious and very well-lit.

Lots of people ask me where the Shandrow Group office is located in Bixby Knolls. Our office is a little difficult to find, so I thought I’d show you exactly where we are and what to expect when you find our door.
The office is separated into two sections. First is the reception/customer service area once you step through the door. The second section is for the employees, and me of course.
I also show you how we track our properties across the board. It’s literally a board. It’s easy and provides a simple visual for our staff.
And, I even give you a peek at the most exciting thing in our office.
