I run the Shandrow Group at Keller’s Williams Realty as a fun, exciting and profitable business.  Our goal is to help institutions and families buy and sell real estate in the Los Angeles and Orange County, California areas.

Mark Shandrow is originally from New Hampshire, but has lived in Long Beach since 1995. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of New Hampshire. He was awarded rookie of the year his first year at Keller Williams and continues to be in the top 5% of agents company wide.

Barbara Espinoza has had her real estate license since 1996. Barbara has an extensive background in commercial and investment real estate. She has been involved in over 300 transactions and has a strong understanding of the real estate process. Barbara has a true eye for detail and years of customer service experience. She handles many of our Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and closing services.

Robert Martin has over 5 years in property management and maintenance.  He brings a strong understanding of construction and city regulations.  Robert performs many of the Cash for Keys services, property management, and regular reporting.

Nicole Lomonaco-Sunde
Advertising/Design/Marketing Director
Nicole Lomonaco-Sunde is of Italian Origin and has called Long Beach her home since 1992.  Nicole is a Graduate of the distinguished Visual Communication BFA Design Program at California State University, Long Beach.  Her client list includes hi profile clients including It’s A Grind Coffee and Extreme Pizza.  Nicole has extensive experience in: corporate identity, brand identity and collateral materials.
