So, I just closed the September books. The third quarter is now over and we have one quarter left in 2009. My goal of selling 100 homes (or 100 sides) for 2009 is within reach, but it is going to be tight. So far, I have sold 69 homes and have another 10 homes in escrow.

The brokerage is also doing really well. Now that I have three other great agents working with me the number of homes we can sell has been steady increasing.
