You know it is going to be a bad day when you open the door to a vacant foreclosure and it is locked from the inside.
This video I shot at 2140 Locust in Long Beach clearly illustrates why we started our One Less Foreclosure campaign.
These kids have no fear.
Just watch:
Vacant homes are being used as party spots and hang-outs by neighborhood kids. Perfectly good homes are being broken into and vandalized. Luckily these kids weren’t out to destroy the home. We just need to keep an eye on it.
I just can’t believe the kids were still there while I was shooting the video.
