I took this video on-site during the initial occupancy check at 1775 Ohio 312, Long Beach, CA. If you're familiar with the Long Beach area, you'll probably recognize the large condo building on the corner of Ohio and Pacific Coast highway. It's a short sale, so it's already vacant. The condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a large kitchen, and a living room with a built-in a wet bar. It needs a little cleaning up, but otherwise it's a great condo in a nice location.
